Philippe Georges Habchi comes from the strategic management and senior executive background with companies such as Deloitte and Touch, Logical Valuations and several other corporations. As a management consultant and senior executive, his experience includes turn-around and performance enhancement initiatives and his contacts encompass investment bankers, venture capitalists and private equity firms.

His expertise includes analyzing and comparing organizations to high growth target sectors, developing GAP analysis, implementing internal/external business development strategies to bridge GAPs and meet newly defined goals. His internal strategies include goodwill and valuation management, discounted cash flow modeling, improvements in sales departments/channels, branding, marketing, product extension/diversification, outsourcing production/manufacturing and market expansion/penetration. His external strategies include the implementation of strategic value added reseller programs, alliances, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions that would ultimately enable the organization to acquire new/major accounts, penetrate new markets or exit.
